Introducing the Inactive Sub Experience
Subs who are no longer active on Swing will now have a personalized landing page that explains their status on Swing and how they can reactivate their account.
Now subs, both W2 and 1099, who have been inactive on Swing will know what steps to take and who to contact, to update their account.
When signing in subs will land on a page that shows their status and has links to the Help Center, Resources, Profile, and Payment History.
